Shipping Policy



At Sigma Fit, we always strive to provide a comfortable and secure online shopping experience. To ensure clarity on all details regarding shipping and delivery, we have outlined our policy below. We kindly ask our valued customers to adhere to it to ensure the best possible service.

 
1. Before Confirming Your Order


Please ensure you review all product details before completing your purchase, especially the following:
Sizes: As per the size chart attached with each product.
Colors: There may be slight variations in color shades due to lighting or screen type.
Fabric Type: Clearly mentioned in the product description.


2. Delivery Time


• Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date.

• Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are not considered business days.

• In case of delayed receipt of the order or non-availability at the address more than once, the shipping company reserves the right to cancel the order.
Sigma Fit is not responsible for the cancellation decision or timing in such cases.

 
3. Communication Before Shipping


• The customer will be contacted via the phone number provided in the order. Please ensure the number is active and functional at all times, preferably with WhatsApp for easy communication.

• An additional phone number can be added during the order process.

• Notifications and emails will also be sent to the registered email address, so please ensure the email is correct and regularly checked.

• If there is no response, the order will be automatically canceled.

Note: The order will not leave the warehouse unless confirmed.

 
4. Address Details


To ensure timely delivery, please enter a clear and detailed address that includes:
Governorate – Area – Street Name – Building Number – Floor – Unit Number – and a nearby landmark.
In some cases, the delivery person may ask for your location via WhatsApp to assist in finding the address. Please cooperate when needed.

 
5. Cash on Delivery


• If you choose cash on delivery, please ensure that the full payment amount is available at the time of delivery.

Important Notice: Sigma Fit is not responsible for any financial transfers made to the delivery person via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or any other method. Cash orders are collected in cash only.

 
6. Order Consolidation


• If there are multiple orders to the same address, it is recommended to contact us before shipping to request them to be consolidated into one shipment.

• Otherwise, each order will be shipped separately, with separate shipping charges applied to each shipment.

 
7. Receiving the Shipment


• All orders are packaged in sealed, secure packaging to protect the product during transit.

• Please do not accept the shipment if it is open or not properly sealed. Immediately contact us via social media, and we will send a replacement shipment urgently.
If the customer accepts the shipment while it is unsealed, the responsibility for the product’s condition will be entirely with the customer, and no replacement or complaint can be processed in this case.

• Do not open or inspect the shipment while the delivery person is present. The delivery person’s role is only to deliver the order and collect the payment.

• In case of any issues after receiving the shipment, a replacement or return request can be made within 30 days from the order date by contacting us on social media.


8. International Shipping for Individual Orders


Sigma Fit currently does not offer direct international shipping. However, orders from outside Egypt can be arranged through a local shipping company in Egypt:

• The order can be completed through the website with payment in advance.

• Enter the address of a local shipping company in Egypt.

• We will deliver the shipment to the shipping company, and the customer will follow up with them directly for international shipping.

Important Note: In this case, the shipping company is responsible for the order once it is handed over by Sigma Fit. We are not responsible for any mistakes, delays, or losses after delivery.

• To ensure proper packaging for international shipping, please notify us via social media once the order is completed, mentioning the order number and indicating that it is for international shipping so we can prepare accordingly.


9. Air Shipping for Wholesale Orders


We provide air shipping for international wholesale orders only.
To arrange this, please contact us via social media and request to speak with the international shipping manager, who will provide all details and direct follow-up.
