"سيجما فِت" تدير هذا الموقع سيجما فت بما يشمل المحتوى والأدوات والمنتجات والخدمات المتاحة من خلاله. نعمل عبر منصة شوبيفاي التي تُمكّننا من تقديم خدماتنا. باستخدامك للموقع أو الشراء أو أي تفاعل مع خدماتنا فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الموقع أو الخدمات.
شروط المتجر الإلكتروني
باستخدامك للموقع تؤكد بلوغك سنّ الرشد القانوني في بلد إقامتك. لا يجوز استخدام المنتجات في أغراض مخالِفة للقانون. أي خرق لهذه الشروط يؤدي إلى إيقاف الخدمة فورًا.
الشروط العامة
نحتفظ بحق رفض الخدمة لأي شخص وفي أي وقت. يُحظر نسخ أو إعادة بيع أو استغلال أي جزء من الخدمات دون إذن كتابي. قد يجري نقل المحتوى باستثناء بيانات الدفع بشكل غير مُشفّر عبر الشبكات، أمّا بيانات الدفع فتُنقل دائمًا بشكل مُشفّر.
معلومات المنتجات
نحرص على عرض الألوان والأحجام والتفاصيل بدقة وقد تختلف باختلاف إعدادات الشاشة. قد نحدّ المبيعات لأشخاص أو مناطق معيّنة. الوصف والأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت.
الطلبات والتأكيد والفوترة
تقديم الطلب يُعدّ عرضًا للشراء و"سيجما فِت" قد تقبل أو ترفض. بعد إرسال الطلب نحاول تأكيده خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة عمل، وإن تعذّر التواصل نحاول عبر واتساب، وإن لم يصلنا رد خلال ثمانٍ وأربعين ساعة عمل يُلغى الطلب. إذا كان مدفوعًا مسبقًا تُعاد المبالغ المدفوعة. في الدفع عند الاستلام يجب توافر المبلغ نقدًا وقت التسليم وتُحتسب رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام بقيمة خمسة عشر جنيهًا ضمن الإجمالي.
الشحن والتوصيل
مدة التوصيل من يومين إلى سبعة أيام عمل وتبدأ من ثاني يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب. أيّام العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس من العاشرة صباحًا حتى السادسة مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة باستثناء العطلات الرسمية. المندوب يسلّم الطرود مُغلقة ويجمع المبلغ عند اللزوم ولا يُسمح بفتح الطرد أو إجراء الاستبدال أثناء التسليم. عند تسليم الشحنة لشركة التوصيل تنتقل المسؤولية للعميل.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ثلاثين يومًا من تاريخ الطلب بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مُستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع إثبات الشراء. تُعاد المدفوعات للطلبات المدفوعة مسبقًا إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها. للتفاصيل كاملة يُرجى زيارة صفحة السياسة على الرابط اضغط هنا
الأسعار والدفع
قد تختلف الأسعار بين المتجر الإلكتروني والفروع أو الموزعين. العروض والتخفيضات تخضع لشروط منفصلة. يلتزم العميل بسداد الضرائب وتكاليف الشحن والمناولة ورسوم الدفع عند الاستلام حيثما انطبقت.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات والأسماء والصور والمحتوى ملك لـ"سيجما فِت" أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها. لا يجوز استخدام أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
الخدمات والروابط الخارجية
قد يتضمن الموقع أدوات أو روابط لطرف ثالث ولسنا مسؤولين عن مواقعهم أو تعاملاتهم. الشكاوى المتعلقة بمنتجات أو خدمات خارجية تُوجّه للطرف المعني.
العلاقة مع شوبيفاي
شوبيفاي يستضيف متجرنا الإلكتروني، غير أنّ جميع المبيعات والعقود تتم مباشرة بينك وبين "سيجما فِت"، ولا يتحمّل شوبيفاي أي مسؤولية عن مشترياتك أو استرجاعاتك.
الخصوصية
استخدامك للموقع يخضع أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية.
محتوى العملاء والملاحظات
عند إرسال تقييمات أو اقتراحات أو محتوى لنا فإنك تمنح "سيجما فِت" ترخيصًا مجانيًا لاستخدامه لأغراض العمل.
الاستخدامات المحظورة
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير قانونية أو لانتحال الهوية أو نشر برمجيات خبيثة أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو تقديم بيانات مضلّلة.
إنهاء الخدمة
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للموقع إذا خالفت الشروط.
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدّم المنتجات والخدمات على حالها من دون ضمانات إلا ما ورد نصًّا.
تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى مدى يسمح به القانون لا تتحمّل "سيجما فِت" مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمات.
التعويض
تلتزم بتعويض "سيجما فِت" وشوبيفاي عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر تنشأ عن خرقك لهذه الشروط.
القانون والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
التعديلات
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط وتُنشر النسخة الأحدث على هذه الصفحة.

“Sigma Fit” operates this website https://sigmafiteg.com, including the content, tools, products, and services made available through it. We run our store on Shopify. By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Online Store Terms
You confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any violation may result in immediate termination.
General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Do not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without written consent. Content other than payment data may be transmitted unencrypted; payment data is always encrypted.
Product Information
We strive to display details and colors accurately. Variations may occur due to device settings. We may limit sales by person or region. Descriptions and prices may change at any time.
Orders, Confirmation and Billing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase that we may accept or reject. We attempt to confirm within 24 business hours. If unanswered, we try via WhatsApp. If we receive no response within 48 business hours, the order is cancelled and prepaid amounts are refunded. For Cash on Delivery, full cash must be available at delivery. A COD fee of 15 EGP is included in the total.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery takes two to seven business days, starting from the second business day after confirmation. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–18:00 Cairo time, excluding official holidays. Couriers deliver sealed packages and collect payment where applicable. They cannot open packages or handle exchanges at delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you once the shipment is handed to the courier.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within thirty days of your order date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase. Prepaid refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Full details are available at Click Here
Prices and Payments
Prices may vary across our online store, physical stores, and distributors. Promotions are subject to separate terms. You agree to pay applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and any COD fees.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, names, images, and content belong to “Sigma Fit” or its licensors. Do not use any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or transactions. Direct complaints regarding third-party products or services to the provider.
Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts our store; all sales are between you and “Sigma Fit.” Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or returns.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
User Content and Feedback
By submitting reviews, suggestions, or other content, you grant “Sigma Fit” a royalty-free license to use it for business purposes.

Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, “Sigma Fit” is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify “Sigma Fit” and Shopify from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
